Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Ftakam from al-Husayn ibn abu al-âAlaâ who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), âCan a woman during her Hayd (menses) drink water which is her own leftover? 5 He (the Imam) replied, âIt is permissible for her to do so but she must not use it for Wudu 5.
