Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hanan ibn Sadir who said: âOnce a man asked abu âAbdillah (a.s.), saying, âAt times when I urinate, I cannot find water and it becomes severe for me. He (the Imam) said, âWhen you urinate and wipe it clean, you can then wipe your penis with saliva; and if you find something then say it is of that (moisture from passageways and veins).â ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (13/63))
