2.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Muhammad Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âOne of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, about the case of a man who buys a slave-girl or marries her without proper wedlock and keeps her for his own self, he (the Imam) has said, âIf he is not afraid of the stigma for his children, it is not unlawful.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/57))
