6.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his brother Ishaq ibn Ibrahim from Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil ibn Baziâ who has said the following: âAbu al-Hassan, al-Rida (a.s.), has said, âIn the case of women about Wuduâ for Salah (prayer), Allah has made it obligatory in washing their hands to pour water over the interior side of their forearm and for men to pour water over the exterior side of their forearms.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/93))
