Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Hammad ibn âIsa from Hariz from Zurarah who has said the following: âI once asked Abu Jaâfar (a.s.), âHow is it that women during their experiencing Hayd (menses) can pick up things from Masjid, but cannot leave anything therein?â He (the Imam) said, âIt is because such women can leave what is in their hands in other places and cannot take what is there (in the Masjid) except from it (Masjid).ââ (The above Hadith is best explained in the form of fatwa.) صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (13/252))
