11.A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad ibn Mahbub from Muâawiyah ibn Wahab who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âFive pieces of cloth are used to shroud a deceased: a shirt without button, a loincloth, a piece to wrap therewith his midsection, an overall sheet to wrap him in it, a turban that is wrapped around his head and the extra is allowed to hang down his chest.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (13/314))
