Ali has narrated from his father and a number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad all from ibn Mahbub from Dawud al- Riqqiy, from a man of his people who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has stated this Hadith.
âAllah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, for oneâs escorting the dead body of a believing person until it (the dead body) is buried, assigns seventy thousand angels of the escorting ones to escort him (escorting person) and ask forgiveness for him from the time he is taken out of his grave to the station (for Judgment).ââ رس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/20))
