Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hammad ibn âIsa from al-Halabiy who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), was asked about a man who attends Salah (prayer) for a deceased without Wuduâ and if he goes for Wuduâ he misses Salah (prayer). He (the Imam) said, âHe can take Tayammum, then perform Salah (prayer).ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (14/40))
