A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn al-Walid from Yahya ibn âAmr from âAbd Allah ibn Rashid from âAbd Allah al-âAnbariy who has said the following: âOnce I asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), âCan a man bury his son?â He replied, âHe does not bury him in the soil.â I (the narrator) then asked, âCan a son bury his father?â He replied, âYes, there is no offense in it.ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (14/92))
