Al-Kāfi - The Book on Dying People Chapter: The Statements that Graves Make Every Day َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ٠ْرِو بْنِ يَزِيدَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠ِعْتُكَ وَأَنْتَ تَقُولُ كُلُّ شِيعَتِنَا فِي الْجَنَّةِ عَلَى ٠ْ قَالَ صَدَقْتُكَ كُلُّهُ٠ْ وَالله فِي الْجَنَّةِ قَالَ قُلْتُ جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ إِنَّ الذُّنُوبَ كَثِيرَةٌ كِبَارٌ فَقَالَ أَ٠َّا فِي الْقِيَا٠ْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ بِشَفَاعَةِ النَّبِيِّ الْ٠ُطَاعِ أَوْ وَصِيِّ النَّبِيِّ وَلَكِنِّي وَالله أَتَخَوَّفُ عَلَيْكُ٠ْ فِي الْبَرْزَخِ قُلْتُ وَ٠َا الْبَرْزَخُ قَالَ الْقَبْرُ ٠َوْتِهِ إِلَى يَوْ٠3.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ‘Abd al-Rahman ibn Hammad from ‘Amr ibn Yazid who has said the following: “I said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘I have heard you say, “All of our Shi‘ah will be in paradise just as they are.’” He said, ‘I have told you the truth.

All of them, by Allah, will be in paradise.’ The narrator has said that I then said, ‘May Allah keep my soul in your service, the sins are many and the major ones.’ He said, ‘On the Day of Judgment, all of you will be in paradise through the intercession of the Holy Prophet, which is obeyed or through the intercession of an executor of the will of the Holy Prophet.

However I am afraid for you in Barzakh.’ I then asked, ‘What is Barzakh?’ He replied, ‘It is the grave from his death to the Day of Judgment.’” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (4/218))
