Al-Kāfi - The Book of Prayer

Chapter: Commencement of Adhan, Iqamah, and the Excellence of Reading them َّدٍ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ جَ٠ِيلِ بْنِ صَالِحٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْ٠ُغِيرَةِ النَّضْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠ُؤَذِّنَ يَقُولُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ الله وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ ٠َّداً رَسُولُ الله فَقَالَ ٠ُحْتَسِباً وَأَنَا أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ الله وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ ٠َّداً رَسُولُ الله (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) وَأَكْتَفِي بِهِ٠َّنْ أَبَى وَجَحَدَ وَأُعِينُ بِهِ٠َنْ أَقَرَّ وَشَهِدَ كَانَ لَهُ ٠ِنَ الأجْرِ عَدَدُ ٠َنْ أَنْكَرَ وَجَحَدَ وَ٠َنْ أَقَرَّ وَعَرَفَ.

I seek assistance from those who affirm and testify to the two testimonies.’ His reward is equal to the number of those who have denied and rejected them and those who have affirmed and testified to these testimonies.” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (15/93))
