Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from certain persons of our people from Marwak ibn âUbayd from certain persons of his people who has said the following: âI once said to abu Jaâfar (a.s.), âI am an Imam of the village.
During Salah (prayer) I hear the sound of their shoes walking when I am in Rukuâ (bowing down on oneâs knees).â He (the Imam) said, âWait in your Rukuâ for the length of your Rukuâ until the sound stops, otherwise, you can rise to stand up straight.ââ رس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (5/143))
