Chapter: Things That Invalidate Salah (Prayer) Like Laughing, Invalidating Wuduâ, Making a Gesture, Forgetting and So on ÙØ§Ø¹Ùة٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØÙÙ ÙÙØ¯Ù بÙÙ٠عÙÙØ³Ù٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙØ³ÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ø³ÙØ¹ÙÙØ¯Ù عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ®ÙÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙØ³ÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø²ÙØ±ÙØ¹ÙØ©Ù عÙÙ٠سÙÙ ÙØ§Ø¹Ùة٠ÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø³ÙØ£ÙÙÙØªÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ¶ÙÙØÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØ·ÙØ¹Ù Ø§ÙØµÙÙÙØ§Ùة٠ÙÙØ§Ù٠أÙÙ Ù ÙÙÙØ§Ù ÙÙÙÙØ·ÙØ¹Ù Ø§ÙØµÙÙÙØ§Ùة٠ÙÙØ£ÙÙ ÙÙØ§ اÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙØ©Ù ÙÙÙÙÙ٠تÙÙÙØ·ÙØ¹Ù Ø§ÙØµÙÙÙØ§ÙØ©Ù.
ÙÙØ±ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø£ÙØÙÙ ÙØ§Ù٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙØ³Ù٠عÙÙ٠سÙÙ 1. A group has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn âIsa, from al-Husayn ibn Saâid, from his brother al-Hassan, from Zurâah, from Samaâah who has said the following: âI once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about laughing if it destroys Salah (prayer).
He (the Imam) said, âSmiling does not destroy Salah (prayer) but laughing loudly destroys it.ââ It (the above Hadith) also is narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from âUthman ibn âIsa from Samaâah.â ÙØ«Ù Ø¨Ø³ÙØ¯ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (15/236))
