A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Khalid from his father from Zurâah from Samaâah who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a man who is a captive of the pagans. It becomes time for Salah (prayer) and they do not allow him to perform Salah (prayer). He (the Imam) said, âHe makes gestures as gestures are made.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (5/425))
