Al-Kāfi - The Book of al-Zakat 9ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عُقْبَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلا٠) يَعْنِي الأوَّلَ قَالَ سَ٠ِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ ٠َنْ أَخْرَجَ زَكَاةَ ٠َّةً فَوَضَعَهَا فِي ٠ِنْ أَيْنَ اكْتَسَبَ ٠9.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn Faddal from Ali ibn ‘Uqbah from abu al-Hassan, the first (a.s.), who has said the following: “If one pays, completely, the amount of zakat which is due on his wealth to the proper recipient, he is not asked how he has earned his wealth.” وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (6/15))
