5.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Harun ibn Muslim from Masâadah ibn Sadaqah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah, has narrated from his father (a.s.), who has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, âNo other thing is more effacing to Islam than stinginess.â He (the Imam) then said, âGreediness creeps like an ant and has branches (or thorns) like polytheism.ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (16/174))
