A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Saâid from Ali ibn al-Salt from Zurâah ibn Muhammad (from Samaâah) and al-Mufaddal ibn âUmar who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.), would fast during the month of Shaâban and the month of Ramadan in a continuous manner and would say, âFasting during two months in a continuous manner is returning to Allah.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (6/255))
