Chapter: Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, Made Makkah a Sacred Place When He Created the Skies and Earth 4٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠إÙبÙرÙاÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙاعÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙضÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ø´ÙاذÙاÙ٠جÙÙ ÙÙعا٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙÙ ÙعÙاÙÙÙÙة٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙ ÙÙار٠ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠رÙسÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ (صÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØ¢ÙÙÙ) ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙة٠إÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ ØÙرÙÙÙ ÙاÙÙات٠ÙÙاÙØ£ÙرÙض٠ÙÙÙÙÙÙ ØÙرÙا٠٠إÙÙÙ٠أÙÙ٠تÙÙÙÙ٠٠تÙØÙÙÙÙ ÙØ£ÙØÙد٠ÙÙبÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙا تÙØÙÙÙÙ ÙØ£ÙØÙد٠بÙعÙدÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ٠٠تÙØÙÙÙÙ ÙÙ٠إÙÙاÙ٠سÙاعÙØ©Ù Ù 4.
Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Muhammad ibn Ismaâil has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan all from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Muâawiyah ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âHe (the Imam) has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, on the day of liberation of Makkah said, âAllah made Makkah sacred (restricted) on the day He created the skies and earth and it remains sacred until the Hour of doom.
It never was unsacred (unrestricted) for anyone before me, it will never be unsacred for anyone after me, and it is not unsacred (unrestricted) for me except for one hour during the day (to deal with the enemy).ââ Øس٠ÙاÙصØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/69))
