A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Saâid from Fadalah from Rifaâah who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a man who dies and has not performed Hajjahta al-Islam and has not made any will about it if it can be carried out on his behalf. He (the Imam) said, âYes, it is permissible.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/166))
