A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Saâid from al-Nadr ibn Suwayd from Hisham ibn Salim from Sulayman ibn Khalid who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a woman if she can go for al-Hajj without permission from her husband and there is no one with her of her guardians.
He (the Imam) said, âShe can do so, if she is safe.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/173))
