Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: The Case of One Who Passes the Designated Place for al-’Ihram or Enters Makkah Without al-’Ihram َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) عَنْ رَجُلٍ جَهِلَ أَنْ يُحْرِ٠َ حَتَّى دَخَلَ الْحَرَ٠َ كَيْفَ يَصْنَعُ قَالَ يَخْرُجُ ٠َّ يُهِلُّ بِالْحَجِّ.

He (the Imam) said, ‘He must go out of al- Haram (the sacred area), then say Talbiyah for al-Hajj.’” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (17/245))
