Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu â Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy from Muâawiyah ibn âAm mar all have said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIt is not harmful to assume the state of Ihram during the night or during the day; however, it is more virtuous to do so at Zawal (declining of the sun toward the west at noontime).ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (17/256))
