5.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Muâawiyah who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âOne in the state of Ihram must not use kohl unless it is to cure pain.â He (the Imam) has said, âUsing kohl which does not have any perfume while one is in the state of Ihram is not harmful, however, for beautification it is not permissible.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (7/315))
