Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: The Case of One’s Throwing Insects Away from His Body when in the state of Ihram ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ قَالَ سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) عَنْ رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ قَ٠َا صَنَعَ قَالَ فَ٠َا فِدَاؤُهَا قَالَ لا فِدَاءَ لَهَا.

He (the Imam) said, ‘What he has done is awful.’ He then asked, ‘How much is the ransom for it?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘There is nothing for it.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (17/323))
