Chapter: The Case of One Who Involves in Carnal Relations with His Wife Before Completing the Acts of His al-Hajj 4ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْ٠َانَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ لأَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) رَجُلٌ وَقَعَ عَلَى أَهْلِهِ وَهُوَ ٠ٌ قَالَ أَ جَاهِلٌ أَوْ عَالِ٠ٌ قَالَ قُلْتُ جَاهِلٌ قَالَ يَسْتَغْفِرُ الله وَلا يَعُودُ وَلا شَيْ‏ءَ عَلَيْهِ.

He (the Imam) asked, ‘Is he informed or ignorant?’ I replied, ‘He is ignorant.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘He must ask forgiveness, must not repeat and there is nothing on him.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (17/348))
