Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn ‘Isma’il from Hanan ibn Sadir from his father who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far, or abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘When you can see the houses of Makkah then stop saying al-Talbiyah (here I am, O Lord, to obey Your command).”’ وثق - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (18/7))
