Chapter: The Case of One Who Performs Tawaf Without Wuduâ 2٠سÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠زÙÙÙØ§Ø¯Ù عÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙØ³ÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ù ÙØÙØ¨ÙÙØ¨Ù عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙ ØÙÙ ÙØ²Ùة٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙ Ø¬ÙØ¹ÙÙÙØ±Ù (عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ ) Ø£ÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø³ÙØ¦ÙÙ٠أ٠ÙÙÙÙØ³ÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ ÙÙÙØ§Ø³ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ٠غÙÙÙØ±Ù ÙÙØ¶ÙÙØ¡Ù ÙÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙØ¹Ù٠٠إÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø§ÙØ·ÙÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø¨ÙØ§ÙÙØ¨ÙÙÙØªÙ ÙÙØ¥ÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ٠صÙÙØ§Ø©Ù.
عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ø¥ÙØ¨ÙØ±ÙØ§ÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨Ù٠عÙÙ ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙ Ø¹ÙØ¨Ùد٠اÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ 2. Sahl ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Mahbub from abu Hamzah who has said the following: âI once asked abu Jaâfar (a.s.), about a man who performs the acts of al-Hajj; if he can do them without wuduâ.
He (the Imam) said, âYes, except Tawaf around the House; in which there is Salat (prayer).ââ NOTE: Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil from abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), a similar Hadith.
