Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: Standing at al-Safa’ and Prayers َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ أَبِي الأَسْوَدِ عَنْ أَبِي الْجَارُودِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَى الصَّفَا شَيْ‏ءٌ ٠7.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn, from al-Hassan ibn abu al-Hassan from Salih ibn abu al-Aswad from abu al-Jarud who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘There is no definite act of worship to perform on al-Safa’.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (18/70))
