Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Muâawiyah ibn âAmmar who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about a man who intentionally does not perform Saây between al-Safaâ and al-Marwah. He (the Imam) said, âHe owes al-Hajj in future.ââ (Hadith 10 of this and the following Chapters are best explained in the form of fatwa).
