Chapter: The Case of One Who Forgets Taqsir until Talbiyah (Here I Am, O Lord, to obey Your command) for al-Hajj or Shaves His Head or Has Carnal Relations with His Wife 5ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠ُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَ٠َّارٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠َتِّعٍ وَقَعَ عَلَى ا٠ْ يُقَصِّرْ فَقَالَ يَنْحَرُ جَزُوراً وَقَدْ خِفْتُ أَنْ يَكُونَ قَدْ ثُلِ٠َ حَجُّهُ إِنْ كَانَ عَالِ٠اً وَإِنْ كَانَ جَاهِلاً فَلا شَيْ‏ءَ عَلَيْهِ.

He (the Imam) said, ‘He must slaughter one Jazur and I fear for his al-Hajj to have become damaged if he did knowingly; but if he is ignorant, he is not obligated for anything in this matter.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/83))
