âUthman ibn âIsa has narrated from Samaâah who has said the following: âUpon my asking him (the Imam) (a.s.), about the case of a man who establishes a plantation, who is a Muslim or tax payer, maintains it and incurs expenses on it, then he decides to sell it because of his relocating or other needs.
He (the Imam) said, âHe can buy it (with al-warzq, as leaves not as grains) because its origin is from foodstuff.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/362))
