Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: âI once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a man who comes to Masjid al-Haram with the intention to commence al-Hajj, if he can perform Tawaf around the House. He (the Imam) said, âYes, as long as he has not assumed the state of Ihram.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (8/107))
