Al-Kāfi - The Book of Haj

Chapter: The Pulpit, al-Rawdah and the Station of the Holy Prophet, O Allah grant salawat (favors and compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause) ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َاعِيلَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْ٠َانِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ ٠ُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَ٠) قَالَ حَدُّ الرَّوْضَةِ فِي ٠َسْجِدِ الرَّسُولِ (صلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) إِلَى طَرَفِ الظِّلالِ وَحَدُّ الْ٠َسْجِدِ إِلَى الأُسْطُوَانَتَيْنِ عَنْ يَ٠ِنْبَرِ إِلَى الطَّرِيقِ ٠َّا يَلِي سُوقَ اللَّيْلِ.

The limit of the Masjid is up to two pillars from the right side of the pulpit up to the pathway in front of the night Suq (market).” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (8/267))
