8.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, âIf a horse, in enemyâs territory, or during Jihad in the way of Allah, refuses to move when led or driven, it should be slaughtered and one must not instead cut off its legs from the knees.ââ Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (18/389))
