Al-Kāfi - The Book of Commerce Chapter: The Crafts (Technologies) ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِ٠ِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ ٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يُحِبُّ الْ٠ِينَ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى إِنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يُحِبُّ الْ٠1.

A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Qasim ibn Yahya from his grandfather, al-Hassan ibn Rashid from Muhammad ibn Muslim from abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), who has said the following: “Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), has said, ‘Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, loves persons who are trustworthy and possess technical skills/” In another Hadith it is said, ‘Allah, most High, loves the skillful believer.’” رسل - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (19/71))
