Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn âIsa from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âAbout the case of the assets of orphans, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âOne who uses the assets of the orphan in business is responsible and the profit belongs to the orphan, if the worker does not have anything of his own assets in it.â He (the Imam) said, âThis person is responsible to pay for any damage caused.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (9/99))
