Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Ribâiy ibn âAbd Allah who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who has the assets of an orphan with him, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf he is poor and has no assets of his own, he must not touch the assets of the orphan; and if he uses it in business, he is responsible for it and the profit belongs to the orphan.ââ جÙÙÙ ÙاÙصØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/100))
