Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad and Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from all from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hisham ibn Salim from Sulayman ibn Khalid who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that â Amir al-Muâminin, about the case of a free man who dies leaving behind his mother who is owned by someone, has said that she is bought with money from the legacy of her son, then is set free and then she is made to inherit him.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/219))
