Al-Kāfi - The Book of Commerce Chapter: Unlawful Interest Does Not Apply Between a Father and Son 2- وَبِهَذَا الإسْنَادِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) لَيْسَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ أَهْلِ حَرْبِنَا رِبًا نَأْخُذُ ٠ْ وَلا نُعْطِيهِ٠2.

Through the same chain of narrators as the previous one is the following Hadith: “The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘There is no Riba ’ between us and those in the state of war with us. We can receive a thousand dirham from them for just one dirham.

We have permission to receive from them but we must not give them anything.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (19/127))
