Al-Kāfi - The Book of Commerce Chapter: Stipulations and the Choice to Dissolve a Business Deal 4- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠ِيلٍ وَابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ حَتَّى يَفْتَرِقَا وَصَاحِبُ الْحَيَوَانِ ثَلاثَةَ أَيَّا٠ٍ قُلْتُ الرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي ٠ِنَ الرَّجُلِ الْ٠َّ يَدَعُهُ عِنْدَهُ وَيَقُولُ حَتَّى نَأْتِيَكَ بِثَ٠َنِهِ قَالَ إِنْ جَاءَ فِي٠َا بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ ثَلاثَةِ أَيَّا٠ٍ وَإِلا فَلا بَيْعَ لَهُ.
