Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Sayf ibn â Amirah from abu Bakr af-Hadramiy who has said the foifowing: âThis is concerning my question before abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), âA man who is engaged in an al- âAynah deal and the payment date has become due but he cannot find anything to pay back his debt; if he can arrange another al- âAynah with the same creditor again.â He (the Imam) said, âYes, he can do so again.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/225))
