Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jaâfar ibn âUthman who has said the following: âMy father carried goods to al-Sham with a camel man, then he remembered that one load was lost.
I mentioned it to abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), and he asked, âDo you charge him?â I replied, âNo, I do not charge him.â He (the Imam) said, âYou must not hold him liable.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/300))
