4.A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from Muthannaâ al- Hannat from Zurarah who has said the following: âAbout the case of a plantation which is sold when it is only grass, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIt is not unlawful if he says, âI buy from you what comes out of this plantation.â If he buys it when it is only grass he can use it or if he likes he can wait (until harvest time).ââ ضعÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/360))
