10.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a man who makes a vow on himself from Allah but does not specify, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf he specifies it then it is on him, if he has not specified then he does not owe anything.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (4/318))
