1.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from af-Nawfafiy from af-Sakuniy who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, issued a judgment, in the case of a man who sold a garden with the exception of one tree, that gave it a path to go to and come out and for its twigs.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (19/400))
