9.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Afi ibn Hadid from Jamii from certain persons of his people who have said the following: âOne of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, about the case of a man who confessed his raping the slave-girl of another man who gives birth from the rapist, has said that the slave-girl and the child is returned to the owner of the slave-girl if the rapist has made a confession.ââ Ø¶Ø¹ÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/407))
