Al-KÄfi - The Book of Marriage ÙÙØ¯Ù بÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØÙÙ ÙØÙØ¨ÙÙØ¨Ù عÙÙ٠ابÙÙ٠سÙÙÙØ§Ù٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙ Ø¹ÙØ¨Ùد٠اÙÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙÙØ§Ù ÙØ¹ÙاÙ٠بÙÙÙÙÙØ§ØÙ ØÙÙØ§ÙÙ ØÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØ§Ø¯ÙÙÙ Ù ÙØ§Ø¡Ù Ø¥ÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙ Ø¹ÙØ²ÙÙ ÙÙØ¬ÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØ¯Ù زÙÙÙÙØ¬Ù ÙÙÙØ§Ùا٠ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙØ©Ù ÙÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙÙØ§ ÙÙÙÙØªÙرÙÙ٠زÙÙÙØ¬ÙاÙÙ ØÙÙØ§Ùا ØÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØ§Ø¯ÙÙÙ Ù ÙØ§Ø¡Ù Ø¥ÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØ¯Ù Ø£ÙØ°ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙØ±ÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙØ§ÙÙØ©Ù.
33.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Mahbub from ibn Sinan who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âWhen two believing people come together by means of lawful marriage a caller from the sky announces, âAllah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has given so and so in marriage to so and so, and when a wife and husband separate (divorce) in a lawful manner, a caller from the sky announces, âAllah has given permission to so and so wife and husband to separate (divorce) from each other/â ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/419))
