Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Looking at a Woman with Intention to Marry 4- الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ٠َّدٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْ٠َانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ السَّرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) أَنَّهُ سَأَلَهُ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَنْظُرُ إِلَى الْ٠َرْأَةِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَهَا قَالَ نَعَ٠4.

Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Mu’alla’ ibn Muhammad from certain persons of our people from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from al-Hassan al-Sariy who has said the following: “This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who looks at a woman before he marries her.
