2.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from âAbd Allah ibn Jaâfar from Muhammad ibn Jazzak who has said the following: âI once wrote to abu al-Hassan (a.s.), and asked about the case of a man who married a virgin girl but found out that she was not virgin if it was obligatory to pay complete mahr (dower) or less.
