Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who marries a girl then goes to bed with her, then due to wickedness goes to bed with her mother; if she becomes unlawful for him, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âHis wife does not become unlawful for him.â He (the Imam) then said, âUnlawful never makes a lawful thing unlawful.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/169))
